This information is securely retained in our database and our email service, and will be deleted after a period of 2 years.

SHOPPING OUR STORE
When you browse our website store, we collect information about:
The products you view, your IP address, location and browser type, and any contents of your shopping cart.
If you make a purchase from our website store, we will ask you to provide personal details including your name, billing & shipping addresses, email address, and phone number.
We do not collect or store credit card details. All payments are processed externally by Paypal, Square, or Afterpay and we do not store any of this information on our site.
We use the stored information to process your order, to contact you with information or updates about your order, and to respond to any additional order requests that you may make.
We will store this information about you for as long as it is needed to process and complete your order, and to complete our legal record keeping requirements. For taxation purposes, we are legally required to retain information for a period of 5 financial years after the date of your purchase.
If you choose to create an account when placing your order, we will store your name, address, email and phone number to populate the checkout fields for your future orders. You can edit or change this information at any time in your account dashboard.
NEWSLETTERS & MARKETING EMAILS

Your user information such as account and order information is stored in our web host’s secure Australian database. If you are an email or Newsletter subscriber, your information is also stored in our email service’s secure database.
