Your contact form is emailed to us so that we can read & respond to your message. This information is securely retained in our database and our email service, and will be deleted after a period of 2 years.

SHOPPING OUR STORE
When you browse our website store, we collect information about:

If you make a purchase from our website store, we will ask you to provide personal details including your name, billing & shipping addresses, email address, and phone number.
We do not collect or store credit card details. All payments are processed externally by Paypal, Square, or Afterpay and we do not store any of this information on our site.

We will store this information about you for as long as it is needed to process and complete your order, and to complete our legal record keeping requirements. For taxation purposes, we are legally required to retain information for a period of 5 financial years after the date of your purchase.
If you choose to create an account when placing your order, we will store your name, address, email and phone number to populate the checkout fields for your future orders. You can edit or change this information at any time in your account dashboard.
NEWSLETTERS & MARKETING EMAILS
If you opt-in to receive our Newsletter we may use your personal information to provide you with product updates or marketing information which we believe may be of interest to you.

WHAT ARE COOKIES AND HOW DO WE USE THEM
