- Access to and use of this website, and all products and services available through this website (the Website) are subject to the following terms and conditions (the Terms).
- By using the Website, you are agreeing to all of the Terms, which may be updated or changed by Bath Body Bliss at any time without notice.
- Any changes will only apply to orders submitted after the date of these changes.
- You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms.
Pricing & Product Availability
- Prices are subject to change at any time, without notice.
- All prices are for product only. Some items may also include free standard delivery, where this is shown on the individual product information page.
- Sale items are only available at the lower (sale) price during the designated sale period.
- We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details and prices of products on this website are correct at the time of online publication, however we reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions.
- Due to the ‘fresh & handmade’ nature of our products, some of the products available on this website may not be available for immediate despatch.
- We will normally have your products packaged and ready for despatch within 2 working days from the date your order and payment is received.
- Unforseen supply issues or unexpected demand may occasionally result in delivery delays of your ordered products. Should these occur we will notify you by email, including the anticipated availability date.
- Where such supply issues may be ongoing, we reserve the right to cancel & refund your order.
- You may cancel or edit your order at any time, up until your order has been packaged for despatch to you.
Discounts & Promo Codes
- We may from time to time offer discounts and promotional codes, which may apply to any specific products or orders placed through the Website.
- The conditions of use relating to any discount or promo code will be specified at the time of issue.
- Eligibility for discounted or promotional offers may also be based on meeting a minimum spend requirement, or purchasing a specific product item.
- When input on the shopping cart page, the relevant discount is deducted from your cart total, or the promotional item (which may include a free gift with purchase, or free express postage) is applied to your order.
- In some cases a promotional offer or discount will apply automatically without any need for a promo code to be input.
- Please note that some promo codes may have restricted use, or may not be combined with other offers.
- Where a refund is issued on any order containing a promo code, the refund will match the amount tendered, net of any applied promo code discount.
- Where ‘free delivery’ is specified on any items listed on this website, the method of delivery will be at our absolute discretion.
Changing your Order – Standard Products
- We will endeavour to accommodate your request to make a change to your order, including substitution or addition of products, upgrading to Express Delivery, changing the delivery address or cancelling your order.
- These changes can only be made up until your order has been packaged for despatch to you.
- Please contact our Customer Service Team to request any changes to your order.
- Please note that due to the automated nature of shopping cart software, any changes made to your order may not be reflected in future email correspondence regarding the order.
Changing your Order – Custom Items
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled or amended once production has commenced on your items – please refer to your order documentation for any cancellation/amendment options.
- Please contact our Customer Service Team to request any additional items, upgrading to Express Delivery or changing the delivery address for your order.
- Any changes can only be made up until your order has been packaged for despatch to you.
- Please note that due to the automated nature of shopping cart software, any changes made to your order may not be reflected in future email correspondence regarding the order.
Delivery – within Australia
- Please ensure that an accurate delivery address is entered for your order, especially where an order is addressed to a gift recipient. Unfortunately we are unable to redirect parcels once they have been packaged for despatch.
- Where the shipping address differs from the billing address, please ensure permission is obtained for any disclosure of personal information under the Privacy Act for third party recipients.
- Bath Body Bliss delivers to Australian addresses using either the Australia Post network or a courier service.
- We will normally have your products packaged and ready for despatch within 2 working days from the date your order and payment is received.
- Once your order has been posted, the actual delivery time to you depends on Australia Post. For estimated delivery timeframe, please refer to the Australia Post website (http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/domestic-delivery-times.html).
- Where your order is sent via courier, the delivery time to you depends on the courier service. For all orders sent via this method you will be notified of tracking reference. Please refer to the relevant courier website (as advised in your notification email) to track your parcel.
- Where your order has selected the standard delivery method, please note that this is a non-tracked, non-refundable service. We cannot accept responsibility for orders which may go astray using this service.
- For delivery to business addresses or workplaces, the Company Name and any relevant Floor/Level must be included in the address details.
- Please check the delivery address carefully, as orders cannot be redirected once in transit.
- Where an order is returned to us as unclaimed, refused, or insufficiently addressed, we will contact you by email for further instruction. Please note that in such cases, additional delivery fee will apply to have the order re-sent.
- Should you decide to cancel a returned order and not have it re-sent, please note that any refund made to you will deduct the original postage cost paid by Bath Body Bliss.
- Where such an order includes a discounted or free postage offer, the amount of postage actually paid by Bath Body Bliss will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery – International
- Where an order is placed for delivery outside of Australia, such orders will be despatched using an insured & tracked service.
- A contact phone number for the recipient must be supplied for all International delivery orders.
- Please be aware that your order may be subject to local Customs duties or taxes in the destination country. Please check with your local authority to ascertain if these apply. Any charges of this nature must be borne by the recipient.
Large & Bulky Items
- Where a large or bulky order is placed with standard postage selected, we reserve the right to split the delivery into 2 or more packages.
- When this occurs, we will mark each package with the notation ‘1 of x’, ‘2 of x’, etc., so you can easily see the actual number of packages to expect.
- We reserve the right to adjust delivery costs for large orders or bulky items, if you wish to have these posted as a single package. You will be contacted and asked to accept this adjusted delivery charge prior to despatch of your order. You may cancel your order at any time prior to it being packaged for despatch to you.
Secure Payments
We accept online orders using a number of different secure payment methods :-

- By placing your order and making payment, you are offering to purchase items from us on and subject to the Terms of Service contained herein. Bath Body Bliss may accept or reject this offer at it’s discretion at any point up until the order is despatched. For example but not limited to, if the payment method appears fraudulent or the items are being purchased in excessive quantities which are beyond the scope of ‘handmade’ production.
- For your own protection, please do not send any credit card or bank details via email or an online form.
Paypal
- We process online payments via the Paypal merchant gateway. This is a secure, third party payment gateway service, and is compliant to industry standard for secure credit card payments. Your card details cannot be accessed by the Bath Body Bliss team.
- You can pay for your order using your existing Paypal account.
- If you don’t have (or wish to open) a Paypal account, you can use this gateway for making payment with a credit or debit card. There is no need to have a Paypal account in order for your payment to be processed.
- Details about our partner, Paypal, can be found at https://www.paypal.com.
- In the event that a Paypal order is cancelled, the Paypal transaction will be voided.
Card Payments – Square
- We also accept online credit card payments via the Square merchant gateway. This is also a secure, third party payment gateway service, and is compliant to industry standard for secure credit card payments. Your card details cannot be accessed by the Bath Body Bliss team.

- In the event that a Square order is cancelled, the Square transaction will be voided.
Afterpay
- We also accept orders placed using Afterpay as the payment method. Simply choose ‘Afterpay’ as your payment method at checkout.
- Afterpay offers simple payment plans, allowing a purchase to be paid for in 4 equal instalments, due every fortnight, interest free.
- The Afterpay payment option is managed by Afterpay directly, so we have no control over the acceptance or rejection of your payment.

Laybuy
- We also accept orders placed using Laybuy as the payment method. Simply choose ‘Laybuy’ as your payment method at checkout.
- Laybuy offers a simple way to pay off your purchase over 6 weekly instalments, interest free.
- The Laybuy payment option is managed by Laybuy directly, so we have no control over the acceptance or rejection of your payment.
- Information on the Laybuy process can be found on their website.
- For any questions regarding your Afterpay payment or account, please contact Laybuy.
Bank Deposit
- We can also accept deposits directly into our bank account either via online funds transfer, or branch deposit.
- Please use your invoice number as the reference for any direct deposit, and email a copy of your deposit record/remittance advice to our Customer Service Team so we can match your payment with the correct order.
- Your order will remain ‘on hold’ in our system until cleared payment has been received in our bank account, and will only be processed once payment has been confirmed by us.
- In the event that a direct deposit order is cancelled, we will require your bank details to enable processing of any refund owed to you. In this instance please ensure the correct account details are provided, as Bath Body Bliss cannot accept any responsibility where a refund is paid to an incorrect account using the information provided to us.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges.
- Please contact us by email within 7 days of receipt of your order, to advise of faulty, damaged in transit, incorrect or omitted items, and to arrange a replacement or refund prior to posting your return to us.
- Return postage cost is the responsibility of the buyer, unless Bath Body Bliss expressly agrees otherwise.
- Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable for any change of mind return. Additional delivery charges may apply for exchanges.
- Where such an order included a discounted or free postage offer, the amount of postage actually paid by Bath Body Bliss for the original supply will be deducted from your refund.
- Please send your return, including a copy of your receipt and a note with your request, to:

- Where the original order was paid with a gift card or voucher, a new gift card or voucher for any refund amount will be issued and posted to you.
- Where the original order was paid by Paypal, any refund amount will be processed via Paypal to the account email address used on the original purchase transaction.
- Where the original order was paid by Afterpay, any refund amount will be processed via Afterpay, according to their standard terms & conditions for refunds.
- Where the original order was paid by Laybuy, any refund amount will be processed via Laybuy, according to their standard terms & conditions for refunds.
- Bath Body Bliss will email you to confirm the details once we have completed processing of your refund.
Feedback
- We welcome your feedback on our products and services.
- We will attend to any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.
- You may be invited to provide a review of the product/s ordered, to assist other customers with their purchasing decision.
- Any such product reviews will be moderated prior to publishing, and may be edited or removed.
